To the fullest extent permitted by law, gasm.me is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any), or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, pose risk, or when required by law. You may stop using the service at any time; you may also request account deletion where available in settings or by contacting us.
